Event Space Rental Rates

Our indoor space features a vaulted wood beam ceiling, dozens of windows, artificial turf floor and picnic tables. It gives you the comfort of a temperature controlled room, but feels like you are at an outdoor venue. Amenities include:

• 6 foot Wood Bar
• Built in counter or back bar
• 9 picnic tables
• 10x10 wooden pergola
• Big screen TV
• Bluetooth sound system that you can connect to and use for your own playlists
• Ping Pong/pool table
• Foosball table
• Assorted tables games (giant jenga, checkers, etc.)

Our outdoor space features a large slate patio with 7 picnic tables with umbrellas, 3 fire pits, Adirondack chairs and abundant market lighting. There is a large covered patio area and “speak easy” style side room with 2 restrooms and an area for a prep area, changing room or storage room. Our patio is so comforting you will have trouble getting your guests to leave! Amenities include:

• 2 - 6 foot wood bars
• 7 large picnic tables with umbrellas
• 2 TV’s
• Bluetooth sound system that you can connect to and use your own playlists
• Putting green with putters and balls
• Corn hole game
• Portable ping pong table (if requested)
• Assorted games (Giant Jenga, giant connect four game, etc..)
• Infrared heaters on the covered patio
• Abundance of market lighting
• Outdoor patio furniture set
• 6 pallet seats

• Upper and Lower Greenhouse Rental
• 2 Additional hours added (for a total of 8 hours)
• 1 hour for wedding rehearsal (as available and scheduled 30 days before wedding)
